$1.00/mi travel fee per artist, round trip (minimum of $50 per artist) from Lyndsay Simon Beauty studio in Allston, MA. For ferry or airplane travel, additional fees will apply. Travel over 90 miles and/or with a travel time of over 90 minutes may be subject to overnight accommodations and additional fees for destination expenses. Current valet rates where free parking is not available will be charged the day of. Inquire about a custom quote for destination weddings and rehearsal dinner styling.

Luxury Destination Makeup with Lyndsay Simon – 2026 Season
Beginning in 2026, Lyndsay Simon, will be based in Miami and offering makeup services for destination weddings. My Boston-based team will still be available locally, but for brides who want me personally, I am available to travel worldwide.
-Minimum Booking: $5,000
-Services Included: Bride plus up to 5 additional makeup applications (max)
-Bride Trial: A full bridal trial with Lyndsay the day before, scheduled around your rehearsal dinner (hair and makeup trials cannot be scheduled on the same day)
-Travel Requirements: All flights, lodging, rental car, and related travel expenses must be covered, plus a $150/day per diem
-Booking: A consultation call with Lyndsay is required before reserving services

Per hour beginning after the getting ready schedule is complete. The ultimate hair and makeup insurance. Let your emotions get the best of you during photos and the ceremony and feel worry-free about any weather-related issues like wind, rain, or humidity, and still feel confident knowing I will be there to freshen up your makeup and hair. If you'd like full hair changes, a team stylist will need to be added.
How to Secure Your Wedding Date
A signed copy of your beauty agreement and 50% of your final balance is required to hold your date and time. When you are ready to secure your date, we accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. We often receive multiple requests for the same date, so we work on a first come, first serve basis. Please confirm the full number of services upon booking so we are able to accommodate your full party. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
